When do you play baseball at Flinders University?
We play all year round, we have teams in both summer and winter.

Where is the ground located?
We are located on the Corner or Sturt Road and University Drive in Bedford Park.

Is there anywhere to park my car?
There is off side parking available along University drive and “car park 13″ turn left and the next set of traffic lights on the intersection of University and Sturt drives.

Is the home ground close to public transport?
Yes the bus stop (number 26A) on University drive is directly in front of the home ground. Goto www.adelaidemetro.com.au for more information.

What day and times do you play?
All games are played on Saturdays between the times of 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm. And in summer we practice once during the week from around 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

Are there any toilets at the ground?
Yes there is a toilet available at the Sturt gymnasium next to the home ground.

Can I buy drinks or food at games?
All home games this year will now have cold drinks to buy.

How much does it cost to play?
We believe to have the lowest fees in the league, you can view our current fees for the next season at the fees page. The fees are a one off payment for that particular season and they should be paid in full before the commencement of that season.

Is there any discount for students?
Yes, students at Flinders University do get a discount in their fees.

Where else does Flinders University play in Adelaide?
We play in all suburbs around Adelaide, as far north as Elizabeth and Golden Grove to as far south as Noarlunga.

What do I need to bring along to play?
A glove, good shoes, they can be either footy boots or “grass cats” and some comfortable clothes. The rest that you need like uniforms you can purchased from the club.

I dont see any Softball programme, why not?
Flinders only plays softball if we get enough people to enter a team in summer.

Do I need to wear a uniform?
In summer, yes it is compulsory to wear a uniform at Flinders. You can view our uniforms and order 1 through our uniforms page. When we play in winter you can opt to be in comfortable clothes like a track suit, but you are more than welcome to still purchase a Flinders uniform to join in with the team.

Can I get involved with the club, other than playing?
We encourage anyone who would like to contribute in helping out the club out in anyway. From running the BBQ to umpiring or scoring, it is always appreciated at Flinders.
